If they don�t exercise it within the time period, my reading of the rules is you can just proceed, but I think some agents may be nervous of that.

Yes it massed ROFR after 11 days, on 21st April but i haven�t had contracts (that�s what I meant by I hadn�t heard anything further - sorry for any confusion)

I have been selling Disney Vacation Club resales since 2004 and I have never seen Disney not give an answer on ROFR. In the rare instances they have taken longer than normal a little nudge has always worked to get an answer. Disney is still operated and run by humans and sometimes even humans that work for Disney make a mistake.
