I did have to change email address ( in writing earlier this year - what a chore that was) and they eventually did write to me to confirm the change.
I will probably ring them although I read somewhere they had extended the payment date to 35 days before arrival so may be the reason I have heard nothing from them.
That or they know it will be a cancellation.

I’m only a few days after you and we got our reminder email yesterday to say that the balance was due soon. I need to ring them but I’m not ready to do it just yet!

I re-booked for 2021 and have now received a cancellation notice/invoice.
A new invoice for 2021 trip (inc new invoice number) with new price
AND
A further invoice showing deposit and payments made for 2020 booking.

I must be due another 2021 invoice showing credit of deposit and payments made for 2020 booking, so we are getting there slowly but surely!
