We all seem to have oodles of time to kill..What have you been doing with it?

The last few months have been mind numbing and I have not hesitated to tell my long suffering wife this fact.

For my 60th, she bought me the Lego Saturn 5 moon rocket, thinking that would tie me up for a while... 2 hours to be exact. It is now in the useless window in my stair hallway.

Eventually, I rekindled an old Hobby and purchased a Plastic Kit. That has taken me a month and is around 12 inches long. The wheels are a little crude and I may invest in some real wire ones (£80! ). The good news is that it will now inspire me to do some more... even after COVID is History! Maybe an aircraft next!

Has anybody else ‘gone back to their roots’ ?

We have re turfed one of the back lawns that was a lot
More hard work than expected
And we have decorated our twins room
We have got the paint to do the hallway stairs and landing but my backs now stopped everything till it gets better

Lego is easy! It’s about a metre tall!

DH has been making lego cars. I've just been working more, doing bank shifts on my days off. There's only so much housework you can do before you go insane!

I haven’t made a Lego car yet. They do look great fun and with plenty of operating parts. The problem is, where would I put them!

I have the Disney Castle in my lounge, but I get a feeling that this is it.

Looks like you've drawn the short straw here...

On another note, I'd like to raise an official protest about your screen name. How dare you call yourself Pooh's #1 fan, when that's obviously me!

We’ve completely cleared and re planted our garden. Removed four self seeded ash trees that were too close to the house. Emptied and re ordered the food cupboards and freezer. Cleared the loft and arranged for my late mother’s house to be cleared.
Plus, nearly finished this embroidery.
