Purchasing Disney tickets direct
hi all

I haven't got my park tickets for september as of yet.

If i purchase direct and cannot travel (confident I am going ) but if not and out of my control are they good at refunding?
This will be through the UK site

We were in the same position, due to go end of September booked a DVC room and have been holding off buying our tickets.

Given the news yesterday we booked our tickets. T&Cs section 12 does state We do not give refunds for ticket only bookings. If worst came to the worst would try and move them via Disney or progress a refund via insurance or cc insurance.
