All star resorts

Currently, All Star Resorts are receiving room redesigns I believe movies is finished an music was ongoing. sport was supposed to be the start of 2021

Do you think all the resorts will be near completed by end of 2020 due to no visitors at the hotels and the workmen able to get on with their work

I thought Disney had paused their renovation works earlier this year but may have started them up again.

All Star Music, back in February, was well on its way - I remember talking about it on a forum, and out of the ten buildings, numbers 10, 9 and 8 were completed, 7 and 6 were being worked on. I’m
Sure I read that building 5 was also being started and that 7 had just reopened - then closure started! I imagine if you are going at the end of this year, you stand a good chance of getting a refurbished room but not definite and not as high if construction work hadn’t paused. All Star Sports hasn’t started renovating rooms yet. That’s probably why it often comes up cheaper!

I knew I would be in a value! AoA was way too pricey and so was All Star Movies (I don’t really know why... ). Then it was Pop, and All Star Music and Sports were the same price. Pop was about £400 more when I booked (and had checked prices so much before and it was always around the same) so I went for ASM in the hope that refurbishment would mostly be done! The pool is closed in October when I go which doesn’t really bother me but worth considering

I doubt they’ll all be done this year - they must be so far behind on all work like that

Have notice they have started to increase in price once the resort has been renovated.
I think if they are going to be similar to pop century and aoa I would rather stay at the latter as they have the added transport system of the skyliners
