BBC news website is saying they’re presuming she’s dead, surely they must have something concrete to say that? It’s just awful whatever, maybe this person has confessed?

seemingly this was on the german version of crimewatch
he confessed to a friend he knew all about it in 2017 & his mobile phone links him to the crime scene/area he was a suspect in 2008 ? why this has all come to pass now I have no idea |
