Upgrading Magic Bands

Think I'm going to call them today. The Slinky Dog, Dory and Spaceship Earth ones that my family ordered are all showing, but my white castle one isn't. I've had email confirmation from Disney showing that our order has processed with a description of the bands, so hopefully they can sort it out.

We had four selected, but hadn't proceeded to pay for them because two of those were "reserves" as the ones we really wanted had already gone.

Those two reserves are now no longer available either, so the two people in our group with those, have no MB selected now.

The good news is my rainbow one is still available which should mean, if nothing else, I don't see too many other people wearing the same one!

8 colours and 9 upgrades at the min.. 9 is really bad! Surely it's going to get better.

Is anyone managing to checkout? Every time I try it says ‘we were unable to complete your request. Please try again or contact guest services’

I can now only see 16 options in total, this is getting worse. Are they actually out of stock or is it a glitch?

I read on another site they were out of stock- not good- I couldn't get an order to go through on release day. Very frustrating.

I just found this thread after posting another thread on this. I changed the language as I was only getting 17 options. when I went upto the top again I got this notification, might explain why theres so little to choose from

7? I can only see 4. Master Mickie could be very disappointed but hopefully they will be back in stock got a few months. Suspect they haven’t figured out their stock levels as many people won’t want them for months

I think they underestimated the demand to be honest. You have to remember that these are not only available to us in the UK they are available to all Disney Resort Guests, that is a hell of a lot of Magic Bands, so think they genuinely didn't realise that so many people would go for them, They say (on an answer on one of these threads) that they have had stock issues and will have the new ones displayed again once the inventory as they put it is restocked
Edit: And US guests can have them sent to them so they will obviously go straight from the stock there is available
