Anyone else received an email from APH?

I’ve received an email from APH regarding my airport parking which has been cancelled as Gatwick is obviously closed. They are offering me a voucher to the value of 150% of my booking. However this isn’t any use to me and to be honest I’d prefer a refund?
Can I refuse the voucher?

Interesting, we’ve used them as well. The voucher isn’t much use to us either, next holiday we have booked is for a different airport and shorter stay. If I get an email I will be asking for a refund, unfortunately it’s not like a travelodge where I could make some use out of it. I’m not sure if we have a “right” or not, I assume so if it’s physically closed?

Their offices are still closed so we can’t even contact them about it yet. I feel it’s unfair to send an email only offering a voucher when there is no way to contact them about it!

I'm using APH Gatwick until August, and probably not then. I paid extra for the cancellation option. If they are still not taking emails or calls then, I'm simply going to go straight to the credit company, as if their not working they then can't dispute it either.

I’ve had the same email, I replied to say I would like a refund obviously they are not in the office & furloughed so I’ll just wait & see, I don’t know how long you have to wait until you contact credit card, surely they would argue that we’ve been offered something 🤔
I don’t think they will be back to work for months until air travel resumes 😢
