Cancelling BA Car hire and hotel

Been trying to cancel our car hire with BA for a while now. Tried the voucher route but no luck there, every time I call, I follow the options and get told they cannot take my call ... 2 bookings from 1 June and a night in a hotel ... any ideas?

Keep trying ≈0800 727800‬. We moved our car hire last week, got through fairly easily though.

Thanks guys kept getting the auto response and cut off but eventually got through. As Rosen International is currently due to reopen on 1 June they can’t offer a refund but she did confirm voucher is still being processed and will eventually arrive.

Very helpful advisor also learnt that voucher cannot be used against an existing booking and extra pax cannot be added to an existing booking.

Therefore when voucher does arrive I’ll either save it for next year or use it to book my son a flight for our October trip.

Keep trying I had to call To move my hire from my April trip to my trip for end of November I was in queue for about 45 mins but the lady from BA was so helpful And cancelled the old booking(I was refunded the avios and the money onto my car ) then she helped rebook for nov using avios and small amount of money, it was done very professionally and she was so helpful.
Hopefully you get your voucher soon, I sorted mines out thru email back and forth to BA it was sorted within a day , I had to pay for my new holiday then email them the new booking ref and they then credited my card back. Again was very happy with the service

Just thought I'd report back and let everyone know it's all sorted. Cancelled very easily second call. The original request had got "stuck" but was sorted via an internal email and even though it was only a deposit of £50, all refunded.

All advisors were excellent, got to say BA are shining through all this ... Virgin on the other hand still haven't cancelled our flights for 1st June
