Resale contracts 11 month no booking issues

Just checking, has there still been an issue with booking at home resort with resale contracts, having to ring?
Sorting my day out as it appears I may now suddenly have this issue and have to ring, which I never had before, sigh.
Updated- all OK, I was trying to sneak in too early - worked an hour early today but not two hours before, as some have managed 😉

I have a resale contract but it�s very old. From before any rule changes.

It looks like I can do an online booking. I didn�t go through with the booking but it all looked ok b

I've had to ring to borrow points on my resale contract for a year now. Haven't tried to book 11 months out. Hope this isn't another "glitch" resale owners have to put up with.

There�s no difference with booking on a resale v direct. It would be illegal for them to impose a difference. A minority had an issue with having to call to borrow, which is a still unfixed glitch which appears to have been caused by some developer error when they brought in the 50% borrow rule. I�m not one of them, and can borrow as normal, so goodness knows what triggers it for those that have the issue. But just call up and you can borrow.

There was no problem with the system when I used it a few months ago, even though I was borrowing some of my points. Has there been problems recently? 🤔🤔🤔

There�s been problems for only some DVC owners (not me) since they put the borrowing 50% rule in. It glitches, and they have to call. This has been ongoing for a year now. I suspect they think they won�t bother fixing it, as the 50% rule will end, maybe in another 12 months and the problem will go away. I wonder if they�d have fixed it if it had been direct buyers impacted?
