Express test Heathrow day 2 pcr

Has anyone found out for express test at Heathrow t5 arrivals for day 2 pcr test, if your flight is delayed what happens to your appointment if you miss your time slot? I am planning on booking 2 hours after landing time?

Maybe drop them an email or tweet them
I’m sure they’ll be flexible on this as I think a fair few might have some delays
If I was doing it & we land at 6.50am I’d book for 9.30 just to be safe 🤞

Thanks. I’ve messaged them on Facebook and Twitter will see if they reply. Randox mentioned about flight delays but didn’t include Heathrow as I assume as it’s a busier airport. My flight lands 2.50 pm was going to book for 5 but may move it to 5.30 instead.
