I have used then lots and always have had good customer service.

We also used them often pre-covid and I've not long bought this year's Disney/Universal tickets from them.
Always good service.
I vaguely remember having a problem with some Universal tickets a long while back and whatever it was it was corrected straight away by them.
I would recommend them.

Have used before and been happy. However, IF I was booking now I would be looking for a company with free cancellation (if that even exists) just in case you or a family test positive prior to flying out.
