No refund, any advice
I was just wondering if anyone ever managed to get a refund from this company? I got the tickets pre covid and never have been able to use them. Stupidly did not use my credit card. The date has been extended by universal to Dec 2022 but my husband has since passed away and there is no way we will use them. Universal cannot help as they say we purchased through a 3rd company and Florida escapes email returned saying they have no staff and will not answer the email..any advice appreciated
