Embarkation test - DCL help

Hello, we go on our cruise tomorrow. Is anyone else going or recently been who can help us as I’m struggling to find the info online. We have already booked our port arrival time. We had an email explaining the testing done at embarkation- it can take an hour to come back to allow us to board. Does this mean we still arrive at our designated boarding time or earlier? Thanks

When we went in the uk we arrived at the port arrival time and then went through the testing process before checking in.

We were also told an hour but it took about 15 minutes. Honestly the longest 15 minutes but the relief when we got the emails was immense.

Definitely the selected Port Arrival Time at Port Canaveral or Miami as well.
