Boarding last

Has any one used special assistance in this way .I am reluctant to ask for it for dh as he needs to limit the amount of time he sits without getting up so would no way want to be boarded 1st
Has anyone experienced boarding after all the other passengers ? He doesn't need a wheelchair

We did it. Was hell. Couldnt get to our seats as people everywhere they taken "our" overhead lockers and we had no where to put our cases (which contained my meds and other stuff i needed to be near me)..
The next time we pre boarded and i just stood until everyone was on (i cant sit without getting unformfortable on plane either).
Much less hassle letting everyone come to you.
I have requested pre boarding again.

I have to wait. Being knocked could be dangerous so i just wait i may be at the back but im safe.
Also if the wc line is being used then i ll catch up anyway! Once ur off the plane its fine theres space iyswim

We flew yesterday BA on a 10 seat a row 777 and there was loads of hand luggage only people with massive cases who got on after us. There was hardly any space and everyone was complaining about the spaces being taken. I said those are our cases and we only have two.
It was very chaotic. Unfortunately each locker only holds two cases and there are three seats at the side.
I would pre board and stand.

I had wondered about the new hand luggage only tickets causing that sort of problem

Im suprised people would even consider doing mco with hand luggage...
But yeah u can get 3 cases in sideways depends if people are sensible
