Visitor Toll Pass

I am trying to sign up for this, but it keeps bringing up the error that the credit card is invalid.

I am double checking I'm putting in the correct figures and have tried two different cards but the error keeps coming up.

Has anyone else had this?

I registered about a month ago with no issuers. Maybe leave it an hour or two in case the website is having problems and try again.

I will do but I have tried it using my phone yesterday and my laptop today, so I think it must be me rather than the website :-) Don't have a clue what I'm doing wrong though!
