Odd question, has anyone had any issues trying to book BBB online?

I keep getting ‘something went wrong’ please try again when I try to pay but the bank aren’t aware of any blocks on the card etc, just wondered if I was doing something daft or it’s a website issue?

I didnt know you could do it online. When I booked it, I did it all over the phone, it was simple

Cool thank you I’ll call after lunch when they open

Oddly enough the bank can see the hold they’ve put on the card but it didn’t go through on the Disney site so I’ll ring and get sorted

Sorted - I’m an idiot!

It didn’t flag as an error but my phone number was in the UK format with 11 digits, deleted the 0 and it accepted the booking

They have only introduced online booking in last few weeks for this 👍
