Universal express passes

We are staying at the surf side in universal in October, we get extra hrs in the park but no express passes. Does anyone know if these can be bought at a universal hotel and how much do they cost?

They are about $99 each. Depending on how many people there are in your party you might be best to book a night in the hard rock hotel or the other two hotels were you get two days of express passes included.

they do sell them at the parks

but it will be much cheaper to change your reservation for a deluxe resort and get free unilimited express pass, than staying at surfside and paying for the express passes;
