🙂 Think I will, can't understand why when you prepay though, why you can't prepay the additional driver, its quoting £51 but says subject to change on the day but no more than $65 🤔 plus spouse can be free, but this time it's myself & my son, same surname which is free with Avis in some countries it says...

Have you tried Virgin? I booked ours through there and for a standard SUV they are about £100 cheaper than anyone else

Strangely Virgin weren't even quoting on the group/car I needed so have just booked it at AVIS price I was quoted after a last look everywhere else. Too be honest, I got a bit fed up this time with keep looking for months at the price. We are going for 2 more days than last time & in the end it only worked out £40 more than previously paid in 2017

Thanks for the info in this thread as I just took advantage of the August price and got 20 days for £385 through Andy. Saved £101 and also saved messing around with swapping car mid way through stay.
