Day 2 - Epcot

Thanks for the comments all.

How do we pick up the desserts seperately? Do we take the receipt back?

And yes I believe all resorts let you swap the drink out for a snack if you have the refillable mug.

Day 2 started back at our food court, picking up 3 snacks and using 1 QS credit for it. We got
1 cinnamon bun
1 cinnamon crumb cake
1 pain au chocolat

For lunch we headed to sunshine seasons. We had
1 turkey and Monterey Jack ciabatta sandwich with a frozen lemonade slushie
1 Reuben sandwich (think this was a special, as it's not on the online menu?) with a frozen lemonsade slushie
1 sweet and sour chicken with jasmine rice (again not on normal menu) with a strawberry banana smoothie
1 rotisserie chicken with black beans and rice, with a cider

The food was nice but the portion size isn't as big as what we had in resort. The ciabatta was very thick so quite dry. The drinks were great, as we're not big fans of fountain drinks.

We then went to World Showcase and picked up a few snacks.

Norway bakery, we used 1 QS to get
1 school bread
1 cinnamon bun
1 voss water

I did see these which I thought were cute

Next up was Germany and Karamell Kuche. Again we used 1 QS credit to pick up
1 Rice Krispie Mickey head
1 caramel butter bar
1 bag of popcorn (both small and large bags are a snack credit, of course we went large ha)

The Mickey head was really good - it was soft and chewy, I was worried they would be hard!
The caramel butter bar was nice too, kind of like a caramel shortbread sandwich mmm
We have yet to eat the popcorn.. we were going to eat it whilst watching the fireworks, but the temperature dropped quite a bit and we were far too cold to think about snacking!

We did use 1 QS in the evening for nachos and a sprite, but I forgot to get a photo.

We didn't try anything of the Arts Festival food today, maybe another day. Did see these though, in the Chinese arts festival booth..

QS meal credits remaining: 76
Snack credits remaining: 88

Tomorrow - AK and MK

To get your dessert after you've eaten just tell the CM that you want to get ice cream after and they will stamp your receipt. You then just take it with you when you order your dessert. No need to go to the til again or anything

Yeah I love food reports. Did you pay for the cider seperatly or was it part of the dining plan drinks?

Loving your reports - it's helping me with my planning. Didn't know you could exchange 1 QS for 3 snacks!
