Oh gosh how unfair! I would go back on the online chat as definitely accepted mine which seems unfair. I did pay 100 cash though not all Tesco so not sure if makes a difference?x

I was paying all cash (no vouchers). I did dispute it but they weren't budging so I ended up just booking direct with Travelbag!

Don't blame you! I was half tempted to do that just in case the price match didn't come off but had quite a few tesco vouchers! I did end up going RPR rather than Hard rock in the end though which I hope I don't regret!x
