Alamo brits price drop this summer

In case it helps anyone I have just booked an int SUV with Alamo brits for next month. When I looked a few weeks and days ago (have been tracking prices) virgin Atlantic were cheapest with Alamo brits being over £300 more for the same car but just looked now and big drop to price and now virgin more. Admittedly only £20 more expensive at VA. so anyway have now booked pick up and drop off at dolphin as using magical express to and from airport so I know I will not be able to pick car although if it is old tatty etc. I will be requesting a change.

Hope helps someone although dibbers are probably more organised than me if you note my countdown!

Yes my std suv with Alamo brits dropped three times in the last couple of weeks at over £20 in total so we have been doing a lot of cancelling and rebooking. Definitely worth keeping an eye on it

Mine hasn't.

However it has dropped a bit for me but not below what I originally paid. In fact it's over £250 more than the original price.

Autoeurope have dropped their Alamo prices too, just modified my booking to the exact same thing but £50 cheaper!

to be honest for 12 days it was at £337 one day (which was when I cancelled and rebooked) when I checked the next morning it was £400 ! go figure, I do tend to check on an almost daily basis, definitely once a week.
