Booking at 11 months then changing/cancelling
We have just booked flights for May. We usually have a split stay with 4/5 days away in the middle.
We have not decided if we are going away in the middle yet so If I book the 14 days now at SSR at 7 months can I change resorts and also drop nights or am I better doing 2 bookings now? Hope this makes sense😊

I always chop and change at 7 months. It’s easy to drop days off either end but a bit trickier to split a booking into two. (But not impossible)

I do split stays and do 2 bookings at 11 months, then change each bang on 7 months. I’d do 2 if you definitely intend split stays. Also book them in different lead names so they don’t auto merge them, which is known to happen.
