After our "once in a lifetime" trip in 2015 we said we could see where the money went. Felt it was value for money staying on site.
However on our "Second Once in a lifetime" trip this January we felt it was not such good value, again staying on site. Just felt a bit more like a cash cow and slightly less magical. |

Been lucky enough to go to Orlando 11 times. Every single time I have been in the past, we have gone to Disney and bought the 14 day ticket. I started out as a young boy in 1996 with parents, and have been going ever since. I'd go as far to say that I prefer Disney to Universal & Sea World.
Reason being is there is A LOT more to Disney than just Princesses, Mickey & Co. The rides are still world class, and not so many simulators like Universal but more for the Theme Park purists who enjoy proper experiences. Disney provides an atmosphere that Universal can't and with the fireworks/night time shows that Disney does every night, it is better than Universal in many ways. Universal has great rides & theming but Disney does the atmosphere properly. Absolutely worth every penny of a full 14 day ticket (if you're there for that long). Loads of things to do. Lots for adults as well as kids (arguably more). Love it!
