Has anyone been to city walk recently and noticed an increase in numbers?

Last time I was there PI was not too busy, but still had a decent atmosphere (except when it happened to be GAY DAY's... what a laugh that night, but thats another story! )

Citywalk was quite quiet the nights we went there. Hoping its changed now... can't wait to get on the live band karaoke !

Im just getting into planning mode for a trip to Orlando next year and so have just got to this thread!

Personally, I must agree that when I was last there the place didnt seem busy but the Comedy and Adventurers clubs were both busy!

I also agree that even though Disney is primarily geared for Families there are still a great many of us with no children who love to go there and it is quite pleasant to have an area that is child free.

That said though - in most restaurants aftetr about 9 the child numbers do seem to decrease as they are probably going to bed!

So whilst there will be for and against arguments about PI, thats always going to happen with any change - I first went to Disney World in 1988 - so plenty has changed since then - and as an example I used to love Alien Encounter and felt that the Stich replacement was complete tosh! But also know others who have the reverse view!

So I guess we have to trust Disney to do the research, check the numbers and make the decisions they do based upon this data!

Theres still loads at WDW we all love - so lets go and enjoy all of that!

Hello all, only just seen this thread. My partner and I don't have kids (we are in our 30's) but love nothing better than going out for a boogie and a few bevvies beer2:, however I can do this at home.

I am quite pleased really that there will be more Disney, and anyway, who wants to lie in bed till mid-day after a night out or go to the parks at 9 am with a hangover. Not us.
