It works I have used it 5 times, last time was in May, In the garage and out in 5 mins hardest part was picking which car.

We done ours a couple of month back, got bar code and agreement but did not get any e mail it told us to print it all out on there web site.

Well we have the barcode, the car voucher from virgin and the email confirmation of the Alamo online check in .
I'll definitely let you all know how it goes, if I don't just bump this thread to remind me!

Finally had this reply on Fb from virgin :
Hi Lauren

We have had an email sent this morning saying they are trying to fix the problem which they expect will be done by the end of the week. The update that was sent to us for customers also said


"The customers can either try and print out the pages on Friday when Alamo are saying it will be fixed or they can get them printed out by the location staff in the Alamo depot without having to queue at the Alamo desk in the terminal"

I have just done OLCI and all I have is the barcode and check in confirmation - the website is telling me to go to the desk to get my agreement?

Should I just go straight to the garage?
