We went last week March and first two weeks April once, it was quite chilly on a few of the earlier days and much nicer toward the end of the second week. Had to buy jumpers as took none, it caught us out a little!

Winter in Orlando is quite like summer in southern England. Can be cool or hot, but in December and January it can be genuinely cold for short spells. The one time we went in August, 2015, the weather was pretty typical, and a few days were unbearably humid and then horribly wet. Their summer wouldn’t be my choice. March would be a good month; you need to avoid public holidays, though I don’t think there are any in March.

For the record, March daytime temperatures average about 25C at the start and 27C at the end. Way in excess of 30 is possible, but nighttime lows close to freezing are possible.

Thanks - looks like we will go for the last week of Feb, first 2 weeks of March.
I expect crowds to build the further we get into March... |
