When will I get the flight booking ref from Disney?

Hello all,

we have recently booked a package deal through Disney to go back in May 2019! Wooo! Exiciting times.

Quick question though, We also booked the flights with BA in the package. When will we get the British Airways booking number so I can go on the BA site to select seats etc?

It's usually when the holiday has been paid in full but I rang Disney and asked for it and they we're happy to give it to me.
We're flying with Virgin in Aug. It's allowed me to select seats/order kids meals but won't allow me to upgrade sest until paid in full

Last year we had exactly this and to pay the flight in full (not the whole holiday, just the flight) to get the booking reference. Just call them and ask!

I just emailed their customer services dept for our booking ref for our Virgin flight for next March and they sent it to me...we have only paid the deposit on our holiday so far.

We had the same with virgin in 2017, but had to pay the flight for BA in 2018. No idea if this is an airline thing or luck or the draw on customer service reps.
