That sounds about right price wise. Next time we go we are splashing out a bit and staying in a Moderate with upgraded dining plan (£2,800 for 10 nights no flights), but if we go again I think we might stay in a Value to keep costs down. I'd rather go twice and stay in Value's both times than only go once and stay in a Moderate / Deluxe

For 2 weeks next Sept for example, you can get All Stars Music for £2k incl tickets and BA direct flights for £350pp, so for a couple just shy of £2,800.

The 'breakfast' QSDP credit can be used anytime so I imagine to be thrifty you would buy cereals / pastries from Walmart for the mornings and use your credits for main meals to maximise value.

Will see how we go with the dining plan this time as I've read that QSDP meals are easy to share between 2 but we are a hungry couple so I will find out if that's true for us

I would go with Pop, as they have a bus to themselves. I think the all stars share🤔

Yes we done quick service plan 2 previous times and ended up with loads left. We usually have days out going other parks and shopping so you eat elsewhere we will be fine I hope
