I was Orlando in June and it didn’t work at all. When I got back I went on live chat, o2 eventually worked out that when the bolt on was added on, the person serving me switched something on my account saying my phone wasn’t an iPhone (I’ve had an IPhone on sim only only with o2 for about 4 years). Once they had re-entered the information that i have an iPhone it was fixed. Tested it in New York last month and it worked a dream also got my June bill back for the inconvenience.

O2 travel worked perfectly when we were there in July/August, never came across any issues with speed or coverage anywhere we travelled to. Dh and I also repeatedly turned our hotspots on for the kids to use with no issues

Maybe a bit late to the party on this one but Three have a PAYG 30 day sim for £10 which includes “go roam” - this worked well for my mother this year and myself and husband are both on 3 contracts so run our monthly allowance at no extra cost.

Excalty as you mention above, mine show O2 Travel Inclusive Zone in the free section on the bolt on page. Strangely though all 3 of us have iPhones & 2 of them worked instantly but the 3rd one we had to adjust the setting but now all seems to be fine & working well. I can advise the setting adjustments if required but they on on my daughters phone.

Hi there. Which other bolt ons do you have on your account? I also have o2 travel along with the inclusive zone one so maybe they are conflicting?

Yes I also still have both bolt on’s showing but it’s working fine with no charges appearing in the app. Maybe worth a quick call to customer services & have the old one removed.

We've just got back and had a shock with text/email telling us we had a ridiculous amount of charges on both our accounts. Hubby went on live chat and they assured him we won't be charged, it just takes a while for it to credit, apparently. So something for you all to keep an eye on once you're home!

When I was out there my S9 on O2 worked fine, even to the point where it was used a Hotspot for others in our group. No charges at all and the service was great.
