12 seater mini vans?
Does anyone have any experience of the 12 seater minivans? There are 10 of us and I am concerned that they will be a nightmare for parking etc. Thanks

Parking spaces on the whole are considerably larger in US so no no really issues.
At one or two smaller shopping malls spaces can be a little smaller so just find a couple of open ones and make the space you need. I've driven on a couple occasions and no great issues with them. Enjoy

At some of the parks you may be directed to the end of lines to give you more room as there won’t have a car at one side. You will sometimes see 12 and 15 seaters and larger pickup trucks parked there.

We had one this summer. We ended up parking over 2 spaces in the parks as the side door opens outward(not sliding like a uk minibus). Everywhere else just did our best to park on end of rows or dropped off then parked.
Word of warning there is verse little laugage space there were 8 of us and it was a struggle, ended up with bags in seats. Also if you get to pick get the ford transit. Much better than the much older spec Chevy’s I’ll try upload some photos later

Yes no issues only need to get used to slight wallowing on bends in road.
A typical ride trait of vans in general. As any different vehicle take time till accustomed to it. Enjoy.

Had one last holiday, easy to drive and park as it had cameras all around and american spaces are much bigger. Be aware though there's very little room for suitcases so trip from airport might be cramped.
