Told me to use the 7 digit ref on my docs. It didn’t work.

Yeah, we did, just after posting on here. Disney have sorted everything out. It appears to have been caused by the fact my booking was 5 people over 2 rooms. They linked both reservations for us and they both have the 7 digit ref no from my TUI docs but room 2 has a suffix on the ref no.

Was it Disney in the uk you spoke to or over in the us?
