Great advice, you can also get there this way...

Just click on any post in the Dibb that that has the word ESTA included... click on ESTA ... and it will guide you to the correct site

I’ve just check our authorised ESTAs and we have put UNKNOWN for the address and 000000 for the telephone. This was as per the ? Button.

Yes, the ? facility would have told me everything!
Just completed process, triple checked everything (including on the right site - 3 ESTAs - $42) and came back as authorised immediately after logging back into the group application.

Thanks all for the advice. One more thing off the list!
