Who do you use for good prices for August?

For 2019 had used all the usual suspects (Skyscanner, Kayak, Expedia, Google Flight alerts...) for a few months of searching but seemed so expensive. So for next year (Aug 19) found good prices on BA website, but not direct - So spending a few days in Miami and then driving up...

The cheapest is the best but unfortunately this changes.
Our friends booked BA a few weeks ago, but the day before and the day after they booked, the prices were double.

We booked Delta/Virgin for next July/Aug in their sale a few weeks ago. Paid £340 indirect on Virgin aircraft but these sales don't happen often. Maybe some around over Black Friday/Boxing Day Sales.
I saw it on a thread on The Dibb, keep an eye out for posts with cheap flights. Set up alerts on Expedia and Skyscanner for the dates you want. If you find a good price book it before it goes. You could also contact a Travel Agent - we previously used Travel Planners and they got us great prices for this summer. |

Still looking here too. Would do indirect and or TPA but only for a great price. Missed out on the BA bargains a few weeks back. Should have just booked then. Will keep checking twice a day.
