Personal experiences - Early June or late August?
Thinking ahead to Florida in 2020
Would it be best to go first 2 weeks of June? Or last 2 weeks of August? And why? In 2019 we are going late June into July due to exams etc, and having been at this time of year before, it wouldn't be our choice if it wasn't for exams. But in 2020 we can be a bit more flexible, and having never been very early June or in August at all I was wondering about (mainly) crowd levels, and weather. Any personal experience would be appreciated, thanks!

We have been both late August and mid June...definitely preferred June...we had much better weather and crowds were less in June...from my recollection we went about the 10th June and the weather only became humid on the last few days of our stay. When we went in August it was far more humid and we had 3 or 4 rainy days.

Would opt for June too - nice weather and crowds much less than late August. Cheaper too for car hire and accommodation.

I'd probably pick late August as there would be a good chance that you'd catch one of the Halloween parties.

Late August as it is much quieter than June, all the American children are back at school then.

Late August. The last time we went in June, the American schools had just broke up and it rained much more than we’re used to. It was also incredibly humid,

Excited about Disney

Went in June this year and found it far busier than when we went last 2 weeks of August. We were there from 16th June though so not sure if beginning of June is quieter

I have been at both times and prefer late August as I think it is quieter and as pp says you may get to one of the MNSSHP’s

Late August I don’t know why some people are saying June is quieter it definitely isn’t.
