Happily Ever After Desert Party

Which do you think would be best to book with our two 3 year old granddaughters - terrace or grass?

I think the garden would be the best with little ones and keep your fingers crossed everyone says seated on the grass. If people stand you can always stand at the back of the garden and lift them up.
If you're on the terrace and people stand at the rail or if you're seated a bit further back the overhang of the roof tends to restrict your view.
I find adults can be a bit selfish when it comes to these shows, they don't seem to care whose view they block as long as they have a good view themselves.

We've done both and the garden view is far better.

We had to sit further back on the terrace due to the rain and as Juliemack says the overhang on the terrace spoils the view.

Thanks, I just read a review that said much the same thing. I like the idea of having a fence around them!

I tend to have the opposite opinion based on our experience in September (sorry)...

Ours was 3.5, first visit, had no idea how she would be... we were actually seated just under the roof (so when it rained whilst waiting we were all drying without having to move) - no one stood at the rail and everyone respected everyone elses space - lovely chilled out evening everyone enjoyed

No need to apologise, we all have our own preferences We've done the terrace one 3 times (before HEA) with different experiences each time. With the new show involving more projections on the castle we felt being out in the gardens was much better.
Wouldn't have been much fun if it had rained though!
