Read this earlier and can't wait for episode 7.

Lots of later stories to tell and they also said the same about the Star Trek reboot but that was a great film and reawakened that franchise.

Now alll I need is a new HP book.

Although it isnt a theme park based deal, 4.5 billion (even if half is shares) is an incredible investment. I can't see any increase to park ticket prices unless there is major expansion.

It doesn't really fit Animal Kingdom, but scrapping Avatar land and building the Star Wars Universe would be a start. Probably better suited to Hollywood Studios, there does appear to be lland South of the cars stunt show, although the entrance road may need to be moved to allow this

Disney were set to announce a project in December, I think we all know what it is now!

But how huge would this press conference be if the latest rumours are confirmed... ,

1. Cars land coming to Hollywood studios.

2. Avatar land confirmed for ak.

3. Star wars land coming to a park in wdw.

I am being totally honest when I say that 3 days ago I was telling my DS he should catch star wars weekend when we are there next May..he said but 'Disney don't own Star Wars' I said 'no but they have a good relationship with them though & sell their merchandise remember and I bet they'll own it one day!
I'm not too fond of Star Wars so I just hope it doesn't take over too much of the parks, but at the same time the more huge things they have under their belt the better I suppose.

Star Wars was released in 1977.
I was born in 1978.
My first trip to WDW was 1981.
Been a fan of both SW and WDW since before I could properly walk and talk at the same time.
And now, it's all coming together (the geekiness, that is, not the walking and talking bit).
Glad I have decided to save for a few years before going back to WDW. Looks like I could time it with SWEp7 release in 2015!

So will the next 3 films be the ones Lucas talked about on the special feature VHS tape of the Empire Strikes Back and then later denied ever talking about or will they be new concepts created by Disney?
