When you search most of the Companies will quote for a 12 seater. Avis certainly do.
However be aware most of them have changed to 15 seater vans and thats most likely what you will get as its more cost effective for them to just have the 1 model as opposed to 2.

We had 8 in our party and managed in an 8 seater! (5 adults 3 childten). We each had a case/holdall and everyone had hand luggage. Bit of a squash on the way back to the airport but not too bad! The boot space is suprisingly deep and fits quite a bit. I know a lot of people on here recommended we hire the 12 seater but we managed with the 8 just fine. Might be worth considering?

Should have said the choice at mco was quite limited either a toyota sienna (all were locked for some reason and had to wait for staff who could not be found anywhere! ) Or a kia sedona which we took to save waiting around!
