Housekeeping giftcard
Hi, just arrived and opted out of housekeeping. The lady at check in said a giftcard would be emailed but how long does this take?

I had to chase mine up and it turned out it had went to the wrong email address - twice. When they did send it to the correct email address it took a few hours but it arrived the same day. If it’s been overnight I’d email the manager about it.
