Mobile Reward flights virgin

Just booked to go next July/August does anyone know if I can claim back the apd for the kids they will be 14 when we go

Yes you need to email them... this is on their website:

If you made a booking on the Virgin Atlantic website and still paid APD for a child or infant, don't worry. If you e-mail us the details of your booking, we will correct this for you.


In your e-mail, please provide:

Your booking reference number

The name and date of birth of the young person exempt from APD


Once we’ve received your e mail and checked eligibility, we will reissue the young person’s ticket and refund the Air Passenger Duty directly back to the card you used to make the booking.

The first notification you will receive from us will be a new e ticket, this will be followed by your refund.


Please do not include any credit or debit card details in your e-mail.

Thanks was not sure you could with reward flights

Just booked reward seats too. How do we know if we have paid APD for our three kids?
