You could try an ear saver? I can't put elastic behind my ears so I have what is essentially elastic With 2buttons that the elastic loops round. Much better.
I have fresh piercing and the elastic really irritates and I'm nervous of it getting caught!

Easy to make or I bought these off esty.

All of our soft fabric masks came from different Etsy sellers. I wear specs and haven't had much of a 'misting' problem since I started tucking the mask slightly under the glasses.
One day a week I help in a charity shop so have a mask on for most of the day - on those days I wear the provided disposable masks as they're lighter for 'long time' wearing.

It's not the cloth, but the elastic constantly round the back of the ear which can cause pressure type sores. Most of my nurse friends are wearing the extenders across the back of the head to prevent it.

My mask lady offers masks with open elastic so you can adjust it to fit yourself and tie it off ... as for glasses the trick is to have the mask with the lowest part of the frame overlapping the top of the mask, it forms a semi seal and stops misting up
Putting behind the ears as confirmed by other posters. Pleased you have no such issues.

There are lots of different options on there. Hopefully you'll find something suitable.

I do agree that the disposalable one are better as I had to wear one at the hair dressers. No way could I have used my cotton mask for 3 hours! Plus it would have got stained by hair dye 😂

But I don't agree with disposable ones really as they create so much waste. But that's just me.
