Hi, cab wise, you will be able to either request an Uber for all five of you plus luggage or yes, you can get a cab. It shouldn’t be an issue, but you’ll definitely be able to request an Uber for you all.
With regards to the voucher, I bought one for everyone over 16 before and now just me and my daughter as my youngest is 11. I just signed us all up for travelzoo accounts. It’s a fab deal, usually on for miracle mile and the Florida mall. For Hell’s Kitchen, I’d advise you to book. The lunch menu looks better and is cheaper and that’s what we’re doing lol. Strip burger is worth a look. 3 mini sliders for 7.99 during happy hour, but are very filling For milk shakes out of this world, Blacktap in the Venetian I think is supposed to be fab. Prime burger right now has a deal on groupon and their food is lovely. As you can see I’m a right cheapskate |

Thanks. I’ll need to sign up to Uber then and figure out how all that works. We always have a car in Florida so never paid much attention to Uber.
Thanks for the recommendations too. Will keep them all in mind 🙂 Oh, and I am also a fellow cheapskate lol

We stayed at Elara and can certainly recommend Ocean One Bar and Grill for food and drinks. It's a hidden gem and very well priced for Vegas. My dad and hubby sampled the whole of the 3 for $10 cocktail menu on one evening whilst the ladies went to see Magic Mike. Panda Express is a couple of doors down from Ocean One.
There's a few more relaxed places to eat in the Bally's/Planet Hollywood area that I'd suggest - In n Out burger at The Linq, Earl of Sandwich at Planet Hollywood, Pin Up pizza at Planet Hollywood and Shake Shack at New York New York. We enjoyed the Aria buffet too. We bought a voucher (maybe Travelzoo) for Monster Mash mini golf in Bally's. It was good fun and something that the kiddies in our group (8 and 6) enjoyed. It's themed crazy gold with a DJ (cheesy music) and lots of UV lights. We've hired a car on our last few visits as the parking for Elara is free (Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood) so haven't needed transport. We did hire a limo a few years ago and it was actually cheaper than paying for 4 people on one of the shared shuttles. Mum and dad loved the limo as it was their first visit to Vegas. That was booked through Viator. |

The shopping coupon for Caesars shops you can get one for each adult. Monorail is great as the stop is downstairs at Ballys. We tried to book Hells Kitchen at 3 weeks out and they were fully booked. Ellis Island is behind Ballys on Koval so you need to go out of the side entrance downstairs and turn right. Uber is very easy to use. At the airport you need to order your XL uber once upstairs but before you cross the little bridge into the actual ride share area. We often lose internet connection while in there, but if your Uber is on the way just watch for you car and reg.
So are you going for 3 days? We so enjoyed LOVE but we are older and l love the beatles. I dont know if the lads will ? Edited at 12:23 PM. |

Yeah I think we might struggle to get in to Hell’s Kitchen at such short notice.
No we’re going for a week but the passes i’ve Bought is a 3 day pass that has to be used consecutively so we need to squeeze as many activities as we can on the list into the 3 days. I love the Beatles but my hubby not so much. One of my sons like them too but the other 2 not fussed about music. We went to a Beatles tribute in Tenerife in May and we all actually really enjoyed it. But i’m not sure, maybe Blue Man Group might suit everyone more. One of my sons is a major Queen fan so wondering if there’d maybe be a tribute show we could go to if anyone knows of any?

I’ve taken kids from 6mths to 20 10 times now ..
Personally I wouldn’t have bothered with any attraction cards , Vegas I find is much better without a plan just do what you want when you want and as much as I love Vegas, I find the paid attractions like shark reef a waste of money Obviously it’s going to be hot so I’d be looking st visiting one of the water parks ( cowabunga bay / wet & wild ) both are off strip though . The monorail really isn’t that great it only does one side of the strip and the stations are a long way back , very few recommend it . I wouldn’t do Vegas without a hire car , there’s so much you can do off the strip like the hoover dam , red rock canyon , lake mead , neon museum etc I don’t know if your aware but under 21s can’t stop on the casino floor at all and can only walk through with a adult . Food wise I’ve never booked anything in advance , there is plenty to choose from in Vegas so we just eat when we come across something we like the look of . |
