Butting my nose in but yes you can. There’s room for 2 signatures so you just need to sign it when you get it and it will be valid for you for all national parks until the expiry date.

Hopefully this won't happen to you but we gave ours to our friends and they couldn't get a pen to sign on the card, they tried all sorts. i thought it was just a sharpie type pen but they tried that too. Please let me know how you get on as we will buy one again next year and can pass it on.
