Using our Daughters DDP credits

Didn't know how to word the title

Our daughter is mega mega mega fussy. Literally will only eat fries, plain pasta and no meat at all.

So we are thinking of doing the DDP but will obviously be a complete waste of money for her. So we were thinking we can pool all our credits together (Disney already do it) then when we go for a TS meal the other 3 of us will use TS credits and we will just pay oop for her.

Is that ok to do?
What about signature restaurants also?

I know some places are family style, buffet etc and we can't do it there so will have to use her credits then and she can just pick bits she likes

Many thanks.

Yes, you can definitely pay OOP for her - other than for buffet restaurants. What age is she? If she is a Disney child then you might want to upgrade her ticket to an adult ticket because TS credits are designated as adult and child. It's a good way of fitting in extra signatures by effectively giving yourself more credits to play with.

Our son is 10 but isn’t a big eater, so we’re considering doing this too. Seems a shame to use an adult credit on someone who will eat very little!

For me DDP is a lot of eating over a holiday, and I love my food.
I wouldn't be looking to pay over and above for extra food.
However, the concept of pooled credits is how the plan works and if you wish to use credits or cash to pay for your meal that is absolutely fine

Yes that’s fine. Like you say buffets, family style and parade packages you pay for her but any normal ts just order her a portion of fries or plain pasta and pay. Just be clear when you order and check when you pay/receipts.
