Norwegian Flight Change
My flights have been changed and I am being asked if I accept the change or want a refund. Can anyone tell me if I am being given a raw deal or not. We booked Norwegian Premium and expect it to live up to that.
Original Flights Outbound 23 May 2020 09:50 London-Gatwick (LGW) - Florida-Orlando DI7057 Return 06 Jun 2020 16:10 Florida-Orlando (MCO) - London-Gatwick (LGW) DI7058 New Flights Outbound 23 May 2020 11:45 London-Gatwick (LGW) - Florida-Orlando (MCO) DI7053 Return 06 Jun 2020 17:55 Florida-Orlando (MCO) - London-Gatwick (LGW) DI7054 I get the feeling I have been bumped onto some sort HiFly flight or is it just a schedule change ? I think its meant to be a Dreamliner - Boeing 787-9. The seat map hasn't changed on the website. Edited at 02:03 PM. |

I would ask them if it’s still Premium, looks like you’ve just been put back a couple of hours on way out & an hour later coming home

Airlines can change aircraft with no notice needed at all for operational reasons. Check to see if you are still in Norwegian Premium.
There is another post noting that there is another option and that is Norwegian to route you with another airline, at their expense, which they never offer as it is a cost to them, but you are covered under a EU ruling.

That is only if its less than 14 days. This far put they don't have to give that option. Schedules change far too often for a variety of reasons for this to be practical and enforceable and isn't the reason the EU regs where introduced in the first place.

This thread relates. It got closed as it got a bit heated, which was a shame. However, Peko gave useful advice as usual on flight matters !
