Disney ref not being accepted on MDE

Trying to book ADRs soon does it matter if I just book them then link to plan after?

Anyone can book ADRs so don't worry about whether you've managed to link your hotel stay.

It matters if you are staying onsite as you will only get your +10 days if your hotel stay is linked.

If you are on the dining plan and want to book pre-pay reservations (CRT, dinner shows) you'll also only get the option to secure them with credits rather than actually paying if your stay is linked.

When did you book? It can take a couple of weeks after booking for the reservation to link. If you're still having issues after this though, I would give Disney a call.

It can take more than a couple of weeks to link. My 2018 reservation took 6 weeks to link and this year's reservation took 3 weeks to link.

As above! My reservation on the app took about 7 weeks to link for our holiday next September! But I was able to access it on the internet after about 2!

i think i�ve been quite lucky really, in terms of linking, this year it took 2 days with thomas cook, and then obviously i�ve needed to rebook, i did so last tuesday and it linked on friday. 2018 it linked after about 3 days.

It was linked at two in that case, no reservations show up on the app until they are under a year away, but it was linked if you could see it on the website.
