No idea why just always been fascinated by the Armish so thought it'd be good to drop by especially as we'll be en route to Venice.

Thanks
We have been to two of the Amish restaurants in Sarasota. Yoder & Der Dutchman. Yoder have an Amish produce market in their car park. Der Dutchman is our favourite. They make good wholesome food and the dinner buffet is excellent. There is a bakery on the ground floor of the building and a huge gift shop upstairs. Well worth a visit.
You will see the odd three wheeled bike cycling around but recently we have noticed that there are fewer of them. The area seems to be moving with the times 😎

Lakefront Park in St Cloud is a nice place for an early-evening wander (and then dinner at Crabby Bill's): stcloud/1503/Lakefront-Park

Then there is Lakefront Park in Kissimmee itself, which is within easy walking distance of downtown Kissimmee (along Broadway), which has a lot of decent restaurant choice. It's not as upscale as Celebration, but you might still see a gator or two!: experiencekissimmee/...lakefront-park

Crabby Bill’s is located at the St. Cloud marina and provides a truly breathtaking sunset view overlooking the marina. Once you are done eating, take a night walk out to Dan Tarrell Memorial Point"

This is a lovely walk from the Marina round the lake to the promentary.

We really enjoy an evening here especially the outside seating if its warm enough

As posted on OP's latest thread on where to go in the evening.

What a great thread. Thanks so much. Now I just need some tips on how to persuade my kids (and husband!) to sacrifice park time to satisfy my desire to explore.

Is there anywhere worth stopping off at when we travel back to Orlando from Safety Harbor (Tampa Bay)? We have planned activities whilst we're there that include Big Cat Rescue and Tampa Zoo.
