Omni Airlines ?

Has anyone got any experience if this airline.
My son & his girlfriend are returning with them tomorrow as their replacement TC flight. Never heard of them 😳

They're a US company that specialise in hiring aircraft, doubt and Dibbers would have flown with them before.

They are a USA based charter airline specialising in ACMI wet leases. They don’t fly routes themselves always chartered in to replace other planes.
They also work for the US Goverment and participates in the US Department of Defense Civil Reserve Air Fleet

ACMI = Aircraft Crew Maintenance Insurance

So they are doing what they specialise in.


As the previous poster says probably no dinners have been on them in the past. I think they have had a couple of repatriation flight since TC went bust.

We travelled home with them on Sunday. Seat configuration was 2-3-2. We were given a hot meal a couple of hours after take off with juice or a soft drink after(no hot drinks) and either a croissant with jam or bagel with cream cheese and a yogurt for breakfast with a soft drink. The FA came round a couple of times with water during the night. We also had limit ife which was more than we expected. Staff very pleasant. We were impressed with how organised the whole repatriation was with foreign and commonwealth staff at checkin.
