Lol...who knew the wooden escalators at Macy's would be such a hit with kids? I thought DS was being a bit strange...wanting to ride them all the way up to the top (and then photograph them, obviously) - but clearly not!
The lovely unixgirl (Liz) told me about these: ...in Antwerp - and I now pass on the information to you. So something to think about for your next holiday on the Continent, perhaps. And as for the bicycling 'round Central Park...well...I love reading about Dibbers doing things I'd NEVER do, in places I've been. Sport is great - but cycling feels like some sort of medieval torture to me. Thanks for such a detailed report! |

Not just the kids I laughed when I read yours, I knew there was something else I was going to comment on, it was that!
Hmm pretty sure our cycling wasn’t in any way sporty! Thank you for reading and your lovely photo, I do appreciate it

Another great day. Bike riding around Central Park looks great fun.
The views from Top of the Rock are amazing! Have made a note of what time you went up as I too would like to see it going dark whilst up there |

Have loved reading your trippie, you managed to do so much. I’m taking my daughters for a surprise birthday trip at the end of May so starting to put together an itinerary. Thanks x
