But as the ESTA is valid for 2 years its highly unlikely that people going on holiday will be staying in the same place all the time. As long as your APIs information is correct that's all that matters.

For your own number here in the UK, you enter the country code in a separate box. I believe you select your country (UK) and the box automatically fills in the country code (+44). Then in a different box you enter your phone number without the zero (0) at the beginning. So if your phone number is 071234567 then enter "71234567".

For the resort number in Florida, the "+44" doesn't apply - that's for calls to the UK not to Florida. Instead you would enter "407xxxxxxx". For example, For Disney's Port Orleans you'd enter "4079346000".
